There was a Visibility Coach I followed for a while ~ talented, smart, knew her stuff. But then she posted about her very real and dangerous kidney issues that landed her in hospital... alongside drinking alcohol to celebrate getting out of hospital, and eating tubs of ice cream and junk food.

While I had empathy for her situation, I couldn’t un-see the self-neglect.
To me, it screamed low self-worth. And that’s not a leader I want to learn from.

So, I unfollowed her.

Call me judgey. I don't care... but give me a leader who'll make me a better person in all areas of life.

Do I feel a little “gawd!” about it? Sure.
But mostly, I feel proud.

I’ve worked f*ckin' hard. I’ve put in the reps. I’ve earned the right to flaunt.
That’s not ego ~ that’s embodied discipline & self-respect.

AND I have no intention of giving it up.

I'm hooked and this IS dangerously confident.
